How to Apply

STEP 1:

Download the Application Form

STEP 2:

Fill all the necessary information. (All information filled must be valid)

STEP 3:

Fulfill the checklist when you submit your application.
  • Application Form
  • Three(3) Passport size photographs with name written on the reverse page
  • Parents' payslip
  • Financial supportive documents, if applicable
  • Processing fee of RM10
  • Any supporting document to support you entry to respective programme

Documents must Certified True Copies

  • Applicant's IC/ Passport
  • Applicant's Birth Certtificate
  • Academic/Professional Qualification
  • Proof of English Language Proficiency e.g IELTS or TOEFL, if applicable
  • Parents' IC/Passport
  • Parents' Birth Certificate

STEP 4:

Application submission

1. Online Submission: Email the softcopy to application@tas.edu.my

2. Offline submission: Send the hardcopy to TAS Institute of Oil and Gas Office

** Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted in due course

Online Submission
  • Please download the Application Form HERE.
  • Fill all the necessary information. (All information filled must be valid)
  • Scan CERTIFIED TRUE copies of the following documents and email them to application@tas.edu.my
    – IC/Passport
    – Birth Certificate
    – Academic/Professional Qualification
    – Proof of English Language Proficiency (if any E.g MUET, IELTS, TOEFL)
    – Any supporting document to support your entry to respective programme.
  • **Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted in due course.
Offline Submission
  • Please download the Application Form HERE.
  • Fill all the necessary information and send it back to us, either by Email (application@tas.edu.my)or by Walk-in to TAS Institute Office.
  • Please Email or bring along scan CERTIFIED TRUE copies of the following documents;-
    – IC/Passport
    – Birth Certificate
    – Academic/Professional Qualification
    – Proof of English Language Proficiency (if any E.g MUET, IELTS, TOEFL)
    – Any supporting document to support your entry to respective programme.
  • **Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted in due course.
